How to Buy?

Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. All prices are in euros and include 20% VAT.

Review your shopping cart and fill in the necessary details for your order. Customer data will not be disclosed to individuals unrelated to the order; this includes not providing contact and order information to the customer’s family members and relatives. Information will only be released to third parties with the customer’s written consent.

A shipping fee may be added to the price of the goods, depending on the chosen shipping method. If the shopping cart value exceeds €50, no shipping fee will be added for domestic DPD, Omniva, or SmartPOST parcel locker delivery within Estonia. If the shopping cart value exceeds €100, no Omniva shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Latvia and Lithuania. If the shopping cart value exceeds €150, no SmartPost shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Finland.

Pay for your order via bank link, Apple Pay, VISA, or Mastercard.

Delivery

Once you have successfully paid for the products in your shopping cart, you will receive an email with the subject ‘order confirmed’ along with your order details. If the payment was successful but you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact LENNE e-shop customer support Mon-Fri 8 AM – 4:30 PM. After the confirmation email is sent, your order will be processed. Order fulfillment takes 1-3 business days. During campaigns, delivery times may be longer.

Items can be ordered to Omniva, DPD, or Itella SmartPOST parcel lockers, or to the Lenne Factory Store by selecting “I will pick up myself” for delivery. If the shopping cart value exceeds €50, no shipping fee will be added for domestic DPD, Omniva, or SmartPOST parcel locker delivery within Estonia. If the shopping cart value exceeds €100, no Omniva shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Latvia and Lithuania. If the shopping cart value exceeds €150, no SmartPost shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Finland.

When picking up from the Lenne Factory Store yourself, the delivery times are as follows:

If you order Mon-Fri before 1:00 PM, your package will be ready for pickup at the store from 4:00 PM.
If you order Sat-Sun, you can pick up your package on Monday from 4:00 PM.

The maximum delivery time for packages ordered to a parcel locker is up to 14 days.

LENNE OÜ has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded via the e-shop and not to hand over the ordered goods if the goods are out of stock or if the price or characteristics of the goods have been displayed incorrectly in the e-shop due to a system error or mistake.

If LENNE OÜ is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will be contacted via email or phone, and the order amount will be refunded.

In case of a defect, please report it no later than two months after the defect appears to epood@lenne.ee.

WHAT TO DO IF THE ORDERED ITEM DOESN’T FIT

Can I Return Products Purchased from the Online Store?

YES! You ordered a product, but its size, cut, or your child’s reaction is not suitable – no problem!
Bring or send the unsuitable product within 14 days to the Lenne e-shop return point most convenient for you, and we will refund your money within 14 days.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags. If the product is soiled or the return conditions have been violated in any other way, Lenne OÜ has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods.

How to return products purchased from the online store?

Take the invoice from the bag and circle the products you wish to return. Place the invoice along with the returned products into the bag, and if possible, use the unused adhesive strip to seal the bag. You can also send the goods back in your own packaging. The main thing is that the package is securely sealed and the invoice with the unsuitable goods is inside the bag. Send the package via Omniva/Smartpost/DPD parcel locker to the Lenne e-shop return point or bring the package to the Lenne Factory Store.

If the invoice is lost, there are three options for processing your return:

  • print the Lenne online store invoice sent via email, circle the products you wish to return, and add it to the bag
  • write your name, order number, and the items to be returned on a piece of white paper, and add it to the bag
  • send information about the returned products in writing to epood@lenne.ee and don’t forget to include your order number on the package.

How to Return Products via Parcel Locker?

Lenne e-shop orders do not have a return code. When returning via parcel locker, the returned products must be sent as a new private customer shipment, and postage must be paid. Omniva, DPD, or Smartpost return points:
