Can I Add Products to an Order that Has Already been Paid for?

If the package has already left our premises, simply place a new order for the new products.
I placed an order but chose the wrong parcel locker/size/color. Can I still change my order?

If the package has not yet left our premises and we can provide the item you wish to exchange for, we will do our utmost to ensure your order meets your exact requirements. Is it Possible to Cancel an Order that Has Already been Paid for?
Call our customer support number +372 5627 5252 as soon as possible (Mon-Fri 8 AM – 4:30 PM). If the package has not yet been handed over to the courier and we can locate it among already packed orders, we can, of course, cancel it. If it’s not possible to find an already prepared package and it is still shipped to you, simply return the received order, and we will refund you for the returned products within 14 days. I chose ‘Pick up myself’ as the delivery method. When can I pick up the package?
When picking up from the Lenne Factory Store, the collection times are as follows:
If you order Mon-Thu before 2:00 PM, your package will be ready for collection at the store from 4:00 PM the next day.
If you order Fri-Sun, you can collect your package on Monday from 4:00 PM.
Note! A separate confirmation email will not be sent.

No, the Lenne e-shop and the Lenne Factory Store may not have exactly the same product selection. A model chosen from the e-shop might also be available at the Lenne Factory Store, but for a specific purchase, we recommend calling the Lenne Factory Store at +372 518 1453 to confirm the availability of the model and size.
