WHAT TO DO IF THE ORDERED ITEM DOESN’T FIT
Can I Return an Item Bought Online?
YES! You ordered an item, but the size, style, or your child’s reaction isn’t what you expected – no problem!
Return the item to a Lenne return point convenient for you within 14 days, and we will issue a refund within a week.
The returned item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all original tags. If the item is soiled or the return conditions are otherwise violated, OÜ Lenne reserves the right to refuse the returned item.
Can I Exchange an Item Bought Online?
When ordering a new item and returning an unsuitable one, an exchange is possible. To receive an item in a new size, model, or color, simply place a new order in the Lenne online store and return the unsuitable item.
To return an item purchased during a campaign, you must also return the item to a return point and place a new order. If the campaign has ended by the time you place your new order, it will not be possible to purchase the item at the previous price.

How to Return an Item Bought Online?
Take the invoice from the package and circle the items you wish to return. Place the invoice and the item in the package and, if possible, use the unused adhesive strip to seal it. Remove any old shipping labels from the package. You can also send the item back in your own packaging. The main thing is that it is securely sealed and contains the invoice and the item you are returning. Send the parcel via an Omniva/SmartPost parcel machine to a Lenne return point or bring it to the Lenne factory store.
If the Invoice is Lost:
print the invoice received by email from the Lenne online store and circle the items you wish to return; write your name, order number, and the names of the returned items on a white sheet of paper and place it in the package; send written information about the returned item to epood@lenne.ee and remember to include the order number with the parcel.
How to Return an Item via Parcel Machine?
Lenne online store orders do not have a return code. When returning an item via parcel machine, the item must be sent as a new private customer parcel, and you will need to pay the postage costs.
