TERMS OF PURCHASE<\/h2>\n

How to Buy?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Select the desired products and add them to your shopping cart. All prices are in euros and include 20% VAT. <\/p>\n

Review your shopping cart and fill in the necessary details for your order. Customer data will not be disclosed to individuals unrelated to the order; this includes not providing contact and order information to the customer’s family members and relatives. Information will only be released to third parties with the customer’s written consent. <\/p>\n

A shipping fee may be added to the price of the goods, depending on the chosen shipping method. If the shopping cart value exceeds \u20ac50, no shipping fee will be added for domestic DPD, Omniva, or SmartPOST parcel locker delivery within Estonia. If the shopping cart value exceeds \u20ac100, no Omniva shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Latvia and Lithuania. If the shopping cart value exceeds \u20ac150, no SmartPost shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Finland. <\/p>\n

Pay for your order via bank link, Apple Pay, VISA, or Mastercard.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Once you have successfully paid for the products in your shopping cart, you will receive an email with the subject ‘order confirmed’ along with your order details. If the payment was successful but you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact LENNE e-shop customer support Mon-Fri 8 AM – 4:30 PM. After the confirmation email is sent, your order will be processed. Order fulfillment takes 1-3 business days. During campaigns, delivery times may be longer. <\/p>\n

Items can be ordered to Omniva, DPD, or Itella SmartPOST parcel lockers, or to the Lenne Factory Store by selecting “I will pick up myself” for delivery. If the shopping cart value exceeds \u20ac50, no shipping fee will be added for domestic DPD, Omniva, or SmartPOST parcel locker delivery within Estonia. If the shopping cart value exceeds \u20ac100, no Omniva shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Latvia and Lithuania. If the shopping cart value exceeds \u20ac150, no SmartPost shipping fee will be added for deliveries to Finland. <\/p>\n

When picking up from the Lenne Factory Store yourself, the delivery times are as follows:<\/p>\n

If you order Mon-Fri before 1:00 PM, your package will be ready for pickup at the store from 4:00 PM.
If you order Sat-Sun, you can pick up your package on Monday from 4:00 PM.<\/p>\n

Mon-Fri 10 AM – 7 PM
Sat 10 AM – 4 PM
Sun and public holidays closed<\/p>\n

The maximum delivery time for packages ordered to a parcel locker is up to 14 days.<\/p>\n

LENNE O\u00dc has the right to withdraw from a sales contract concluded via the e-shop and not to hand over the ordered goods if the goods are out of stock or if the price or characteristics of the goods have been displayed incorrectly in the e-shop due to a system error or mistake.<\/p>\n

If LENNE O\u00dc is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will be contacted via email or phone, and the order amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n

In case of a defect, please report it no later than two months after the defect appears to epood@lenne.ee.<\/p>\n

Can I Return Products Purchased from the Online Store?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

YES! You ordered a product, but its size, cut, or your child’s reaction is not suitable \u2013 no problem!
Bring or send the unsuitable product within 14 days to the Lenne e-shop return point most convenient for you, and we will refund your money within 14 days.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags. If the product is soiled or the return conditions have been violated in any other way, Lenne O\u00dc has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Can I exchange products purchased from the online store?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

By ordering a new product and returning an unsuitable one, exchanges are possible. To get a new size, model, or color, simply place a new order for the desired product in the Lenne e-shop and return the unsuitable product.
For exchanges of products purchased during a campaign, you must also return the products to the return point and place a new order. If the promotional campaign has ended by the time you place the new order, you cannot make a new purchase at the previous campaign price. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n
