How to buy?
Add items of your choice to your shopping basket. All prices are in euros and include 20% VAT.
Review your shopping basket and fill in the data required for placing an order. Customer data, incl. contact details and order information, are not disclosed to unauthorised persons, incl. the customer’s family members and relatives. Information is disclosed to third parties only with the customer’s written consent.
The delivery fee is added to the price of the goods and depends on the chosen delivery method. Domestic orders are delivered within seven business days.
You can pay for the order via a bank link or with VISA or MasterCard.
Delivery and returns
Once you have successfully paid for your goods, you will receive a respective e-mail confirmation that includes the details of your order. If you do not receive this e-mail, make sure to contact our customer service. We will then begin compiling your order. Once the order is complete, we will ship it and you will receive a respective e-mail confirmation (“Your order has been shipped”).
· You can order your goods to OMNIVA or ITELLA SMARTPOST parcel terminals and to Lenne Factory Shop by choosing “click and collect” as the delivery method.
· If you choose to collect the goods from Lenne Factory Shop yourself, the delivery times are as follows:
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday will be ready for pick-up from 16:00 the next day.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be ready for pick up from 16:00 on Monday.

Closed on Sundays and national holidays.
The maximum delivery time to parcel terminals is 14 days.
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days. To this end, you must submit an application to firstname.lastname@example.org. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging and unused with all original tags intact. If the product is dirty or the return terms and conditions have been breached in another way, Lenne OÜ has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods. The refund for returned goods is transferred to the customer’s bank account within 14 days. The delivery fee is not subject to refund.

LENNE OÜ has the right to withdraw from the sales contract entered into via the e-store and not deliver the goods ordered if the goods are out of stock or the e-shop displays an incorrect price or the wrong product details due to a system fault or a mistake.
If LENNE OÜ cannot fulfil an order, the customer will be contacted via e-mail or by phone and given a refund.
If the product turns out to be defective, please inform us within two months of discovering the defect by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.
